This is the jerk who gave the GOP response to the State of the Union speech. We know from that pitiful speech that Ryan and the Republicans are platitude spouting ignoramuses. They pander to the radical Conservative fringe and nothing they say can be taken seriously. Her comment about Obama's budget leading to bankruptcy is more posturing and pandering. If Ryan is the latest Republican star, heaven help us all.
