Naked body painted girls and Elmo's friends traipsing among a suburban mall setting is what Times Square has devolved into. Is it at all preferable to what Mick Jagger described in 1978?
There used to be neighborhoods in Manhattan. That's all gone now, but, there is an Olive Garden to feed the crowds in Times Square.
