Now the radical Conservatives are out to implement their program of rolling back settled law with regard to women's reproductive rights, civil rights for minorities, and health care for the uninsured. It really isn't about jobs, as they campaigned. The fact is, our economy has been slow to recover jobs following recessions for the last thirty years. The normal cycle was broken during the Reagan era with deregulation, unfair tax policy, and the exporting of jobs overseas. Jobs have been slow to recover under both Republicans and Democrats, and while the radical Consevatives know they can't fix that, they will now set upon a social agenda that the country does not have any interest in. Kabuki theater at it's worst.
