Too bad that this society is so superficial as to try to create a Cinderella fairy tale out of this fellow. No amount of "Pretty Woman" fictions will turn this into a made for TV story with the happiest of endings. The reality of alcoholism and mental illness will forever defy the wishes of the media for sweet and easy stories. That, however, is too complicated a story to tell to the attention-deficit disordered masses.
