FactCheck.org : Cain’s Pattern of Evasion and Misdirection
Asking Cain to explain his positions is like asking a child who broke the cookie jar. Wild and inane stories, explanations and contradictions are all he comes up with. That he is perceived as a serious presidential candidate is a testament to the complete and total degradation of this country. Cain is a clown who merits no more attention than any other lunatic write-in candidate might ever get. If he is viewed as anything other than "Other", there is no longer a viable political party of Republicans.
