Scalia is certainly the most radical conservative on the High Court. For twenty-five years, Scalia has been trying to drag the court to the right, against all logic, and against all common sense. He is a rabid, foaming at the mouth "originalist", and that designation alone shows him to be the worst sort of "get off my lawn!" type of raving lunatic. His record is shamefully retro, and he contributes nothing to the nations' jurisprudence.
