It is a miscarriage of law in Madison, WI. It is more proof of the fascist tendencies of the radical Conservatives. Collective bargaining is settled law, and the radicals want to overturn it by fiat. The contracts negotiated by elected officials and unions represent lawfully agreed to and legally binding contracts. For the radical Conservatives to seek to abrogate them shows they have no respect for the law. It also shows their contempt for the middle class, as they had no problem with golden parachutes on Wall Street, or the immorally low tax rates on the super rich, but yearn to destroy the pensions and social safety net of the middle class.
The only disgrace in Madison is the farce of a governor, and his radical Conservative cronies.
