This smells like graft, doesn't it? Koch Brothers front group pays off Clarence Thomas for "dropping by for a talk". Wouldn't you think that a Supreme Court judge might have a rudimentary moral compass that might steer him away from what is clearly unethical and perhaps illegal activity?
