An unworthy defense. Unethical behavior whether by Democrats, or Supreme Court judges is unacceptable. This is an inept response from a Conservative with at least some pretense to integrity. If you are going to make a case for moderate Republicanism, against the idiocy of the Teabaggers, this sort of lame apologia just doesn't cut it.
